Environmental Intelligence
Built to solve. Designed to evolve.

Our mission is to deliver the most accurate, responsive, and reliable IoT monitoring devices in the world, starting with sectors where compliance is critical and failure has real consequences.
Environmental monitoring is often fragmented, delayed and reactive.
Organisations responsible for water and air quality require real-time visibility to make confident operational and regulatory decisions.
One intelligent node. Continuous insight.
HJMM delivers multi-parameter environmental monitoring through a single scalable system engineered for clarity and action.
Core Capabilities
If It Can Be Monitored, It Can Be Integrated.
HJMM’s modular architecture allows configuration to suit specific operational requirements. The system adapts to environmental, regulatory and deployment needs.
Built by Experts. Driven by Real-World Experience.
Founded by specialists with deep technical knowledge and frontline industry insight, HJMM was created to deliver the level of monitoring technology the sector has been missing. HJMM are an emerging technology company founded by three driven and highly capable individuals, two of whom hold PhDs in their specialist technical fields. The business was born organically through a mutual connection at the University of Wolverhampton, where early conversations highlighted a shared belief: the water hygiene and Legionella control industry deserves far better technology than what is currently available. As the owner of a Legionella control company, Jamie introduced Mirko and Matteo to the IoT products being used in the industry and the limited data they produced. Their response was immediate and aligned. The existing solutions were unimpressive, technologically outdated, and failed to deliver meaningful insight to customers. That moment formed the foundation of HJMM: a collaboration built on technical excellence, real-world operational understanding, and a commitment to raising industry standards. HJMM develops advanced IoT monitoring systems designed to modernise compliance, reduce risk, and provide real-time intelligence for water safety management. Our devices already operate on live sites, with data captured and visualised through AWS and Grafana.
In 2026, our focus is to refine the technology, scale deployment, and integrate directly with partner platforms such as Service Tracker.
By combining deep technical expertise with operational experience, HJMM is uniquely positioned to lead the next generation of IoT-driven compliance solutions — more accurate, more reliable, and designed around the real needs of customers.
